Hi Dipak,

Last time I used import/export between ERwin and Rose, I had to change the
file extension of the file I was trying to import.  I was using Rose 2000e,
but you could still try it and see if it works.  I tried using "Save As" in
ERwin for a few different file types.  When I saved as .SQL , Rose was able
to import the file.  Apparently DDL files work as well.   It also worked if
I just renamed the .ERX extension to .SQL using MS Explorer.
It did take a bit of messing around, but eventually it worked.
