I have installed "Rational Rose 2001A.04.00 May 2001" which now crashes on startup displaying a dialog box "Low on memory or resources, close running applications".
The log window in Rose (bottom of screen) shows:

My machine has 512Mb RAM and 600Mb virtual memory. Very few other applications are running, the system is using less than 200Mb when Rose is started.
Any help will be much appreciated.
