At a slight tangent, UML 1.4 now has a hefty section on Actions that can be
used to define algorithms.  This is pretty new stuff, and I doubt Rose has
any direct support for it, but AFAICS from a cursory glance, you could
work something out from the meta-model information given.  The 
relevant UML spec is available (700+ pages!) from this URL
