Hi All.
Power designer (a Sybase product) has
been growing in functionality in his last version. Now it has an very usefull
support for UML diagrams added to the great handled of Entity-Relation diagrams.
The figth here is what tool or way must we take in
the future (even, having floating licenses of Rose already bought and paid). I
prefer Rose for the support to the engineering process, but the lack of ER
support (the modeller edition is very poor) decrease the taste for Rose.
How can I survive this battle if the people here argues that we can handle all
models (ER and UML) in a single tool like PowerDesigner.
Which should be my arguments to propose Rose like
the standart tool for the company?
Will Rose support ER in a Friendlier way in the
future?
