Unless you're building the cell phones, it's in effect an external system you're interfacing with, and as such it would be an Actor. We might argue whether the Cell Phone is the Business Actor, or its Owner; however certainly by the time you've decided on the technology for delivering the information, it is legitimate to have the Cell Phone as an Actor. > Also can we show Business entities in Business use case diagrams? Normally we wouldn't do this because we'd want separation of concerns between the diagrams, but really it depends on whether doing so gives you any value.
