Gary,
Are you referring to the diagrams in the model? I have been able to sucessful view published diagrams using Rose 2002 SR1 and IE 6.0.
Are all the images not displaying? Can you confirm the location on your local drive is correct? If you right-click and select properties on the images that aren't showing up it will specify the location for the image. Can you see that location through file explorer?
