When Rose generates code it generates code for the structure of the application and not for its behaviour. Although Rose does model the behaviour of the application using Sequence, activity ,etc diagrams it only generates the structure. The behavioural modeling is more to help the developers fiill in the code in a more systematic and structured manner.
