We are using OO>C::state to design software for medical imaging devices. >From what we can say now, it satisfies our needs. We only discovered one restriction, which is due to the nature of C: While overwriting methods works perfectly, the call of a base class method from the method of the derived class is likely to cause problems (namespace...). What is a big deal, is the automated translation of a statechart into ready-to-go code .... :-) My advise is to build some models that cover the essentials of your applications, ask for a evaluation license and get in touch with the tool.
