Do you mean which methods have been coded but are never called by your application during run-time? I don't believe Rose can do this since it may depend on various parameters such as user input and database values known only at run-time. You would need a separate run-time profiler tool to give you such information.
Rose may be able to determine whether method calls are present in the user code, but I am not aware of how to do this.
