Martin,
By "use case Document", are you referring with respect to
an associated RequisitePro project? If not, attaching an external document
to a UseCase in a Rose model is rather simple: from the browser window in Rose,
right-click on the usecase in question and select New > File; then simply
browse to the desired document you want to attach to this
usecase.
