In your Print setup window, under Options, be sure the Hidden text box is not checked. However, if ALL your annotations are hidden when you turn off the Show/Hide button, then the style may have changed somehow. If you send me your template, I'll have a look. When I click the Show/Hide button from within word, ALL annotations are not visible on the screen. However the pink/yellow are visible on PrintPreview. Has anybody encountered this before?
