(ROSE) Open new rose model options...doesnt appear??

hi all, Can anyone tell why is it that when i click on open new rational mdl that i dont get the options like vb,java,framework etc.it simpley opens a new mdl not giving me options. how do i change the setting? also when i go to options and in notation tab i try to change default language only vb,com and analysis appears not web modeler. thanks in advance Martin
