I apologize if this is a stupid question, but is this acceptable in UML and Rose / Visio?
I have 1 class (ItemCode) that I need to communicate (in a class diagram) is an Association Class between 3 other business concepts (the Fund, the Currency, and the SettlementType). This ItemCode cannot be derived without knowing all of the three pieces, how do represent this association? I could make Currency an attribute of Fund, placing ItemCode between the Fund/SettlementType association, but found that I need to break them out to represent other associations. again, sorry if this is a stupid question, and thanks in advance for your help.
