I'm afraid there is no way to set line thickness for relationships in Rose. You can change the line color and set the style to rectilinear or oblique but the line thickness itself cannot be set. If you are having trouble seeing the relationship lines on the printed page then try this: 1. Open the diagram that you wish to print and do an Edit->Select All followed by an Edit->Copy. This will copy the entire diagram to the clipboard. 2. Open MS Paint and do an Edit Paste. The diagram will be pasted into Paint. Save the diagram as an image file, i.e. as a .bmp or as a .jpg etc. etc. 3. Now insert this saved image of your diagram into a Word document and print the Word doc. Are the lines rendered clearly now?
