Hello Aman,

To work around this, you may make use of "Workspace" feature of
Rose. Once you have the desired controlled-units loaded, you can choose
to Save this workspace configuration by doing File > Save Model Workspace.
This, effectively, takes a 'snapshot' of the current loaded model's state
including which units you had loaded at the time.

Hope this helps,

Thank you,

Subject: (ROSE) Loading sub units and frameworks

Hi

While using rose for Forward and reverse engineering my Java applications,
I have to load Java frameworks. The trouble is that even if I have to use
only the servlet framework or XML framework, the rose loads the entire j2EE
framework. This results in enourmous load on Machine resources.

I tried loading only the specific sub unit. It lasts well for one session
but in the next session, it asks that whether I want to load sub units or
not. On saying yes , it loads the entire framework, instead of loading just
a single sub unit. Is this a bug or some trick is needed to work around
this.

Thanks & Regards

Aman Aggarwal
