There is a technical solution 126489306 - "WINDOWS/UNIX: How can I retrieve the collection of Rose items that a UseCase has dependency relationships with?" You can use this solution and the script that comes with it to see how use case depdencies are retrieved. There is unfortuantely no way to create use case dependency through REI. To retrieve these solution, - go to http://eservice.rational.com/solutions - click the unhiglighted "Search Solution Fields" in the upper dark blue strip - click the gray "Find" button in lower dark blue strip. - enter Id: 126489306 - click the gray "Submit" button in the lower dark blue strip Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
