They used to have an NT version ... but from what I heard, there was
next to zero interest in it, so I believe they have stopped supporting
the MicroSoft platforms.

Yes ..... Kabira have a thing called "action language" which extends UML 
enough to make the model the code.  Yes, we do simply pass around the 
.mdl file and say "build that".
