You can use the Rose menu "File:Units:Load" to load individual .cat files into the Logical View or .sub files into the Component View. Afterwards, doing a "File:Save" will save the .mdl file including the absolute pathnames of the .cat files. But be aware that the absolute pathnames really mess things up when you want multiple ClearCase views to use the Rose model! One workaround is to remove the .cat file dependencies using "File:Units:Uncontrol" to suck the .cat file contents back into the .mdl file, and then work solely with the .mdl file.
