Can't disagree with the interpretation of business rules, but a 
little clarification of the above might help. 

What is an analysis model? It is a model of the requirements. 
Therefore it IS the requirements. An analysis model contains 
classes, states, activities, events even sequence diagrams if 
that's your prefrence. 

So why is this not an excellent place to put your business 
rules?
