Look in Help for Integrated Use Case Management. I have used it starting from Rose and starting from ReqPro and prefer the Rose first approach (the other is not bad - its just my preference). To associate activities in Rose to ReqPro requirements, it can be done, but you need to get your hands on something called the Trace Toolset, a not-out-of-the-box add-in that allows you to do this. Last time I used it, you had to get it from your local Rational support team.
