(ROSE) Running Rose as a DLL

Is it possible to crank up Rose as an Inproc server instead of a Local Server? We are doing some extensive code generation from a command line tool and it it is pitifully slow. Our code generation component is also packaged as a Rose Addin and in this configuration it runs very fast - like two orders of magnitude faster.

The reason we want to run our code generators from the command line is to integrate code generation into our "batch" build process.
