Hello Kevin,
Yes, it is possible to do this. Below is the procedure.

Making Customized Templates Globally Available
Users may want to create customized templates, which can be globally available using the Getting Started Wizard or with the SoDA addin found in products, such as Rose or RequisitePro. These customized templates can be stored in the default template directories or in a specified location, as set by the User template path dialog box using SoDA->Options.
To create a globally available, customized template, follow these steps:
1. Create your template and test it to be sure it works as desired. Do this in a working directory. Don't work in the default template directories.
2. When the template is ready for production, modify the OPEN command and remove any values entered into the Arguments area (e.g., MDLFileName, RQSFileName, PackageName, etc.). (To clear this field, select the value and press Backspace.) Click OK to close the dialog box.
3. Select File -> Properties.
4. Click the Summary tab.
5. Enter a unique Title. This title is displayed when executing the SoDA Report generation utility in Rose, RequisitePro, ClearQuest, TeamTest, etc.
6. For Rose templates only: The SoDA integration in Rose allows for templates to report on a single object (artifact), in addition to templates which may report on the entire model. In this case, your template would include an OPEN command to that artifact type. If your customized template is to be used to document an artifact, add these steps:
a. In the Keyword box, enter the name of the artifact on which you wish to report.
b. Any artifact available for an OPEN command can be entered into the Keyword box (Model is implied, so it is not necessary to use it as a Keyword). Note that these Keywords are case sensitive, with no spaces or punctuation. For example:
Package
Class
UseCase
Component
c. Only one keyword can be used per template.
7. Close the Properties box, save and close the template.
8. Put a copy of your template into the default template location corresponding to the product name for which it is created. For example:
Program Files\Rational\SoDAWord\template\rose
OR, put the file in your template directory as specified in the SoDA->Options User template path box.

Subject: (SoDA) How can I generate a SoDA report for a specific Pkg in
my Rose Mo del
We have created some custom SoDA Templates to conform to our design
documentation and my
question is this: is it possible from within Rose to select a specific package
and go to
the main menu Report|SoDA Report|<select my report> and have the SoDA template
apply just to
the selected object in the Rose model?
This would be useful on our multi-member development team where the individual
is only
interested in portions of the model that are related to his/her part of the
model.
