Hello Victor, Rose will automatically update the sequence diagrams if you rename the operations previoulsy linked to a message (to see if a message is linked to an operation, right click on the message in the sequeece diagram, there will be a check mark on the corresponding operation signature).
If you add a parameter to such operation, the new parameter will also appear on the sequence diagram, provided that Tools->Options->Diagram->Message signature shows at least the type or name. The same applies for modification of the parameter name/type.
