| How do you "link" diagrams together using the Note
| symbol in Rose?
<ce>
Just create a Note on the diagram you are working on. Then from the left hand treeview side in Rose, drag the diagram you wish to link to over and drop it onto the note. It will create a hyperlink on the note, which you can click on to navigate to the other diagram.

|
| And yet another option if you use Rose: Since Rose
| allows you to "link" diagrams together using the Note
| symbol, one hybrid technique that I've used to
| facilitate communication (methodology purist may gag at
| this) is to build a high level view of the scenarios in
| an Activity diagram and link to the individual sequence
| diagrams for the underlying detail. Using SoDA you can
| build a nice report traverses these diagrams as well.
|
| This proved helpful for the folks on one of my projects
| and that's what it is all about isn't it -
| communicating your requirements or design ideas
| completely and effectively!
|

| Pete
