hi all i have tried this and it works put all the sequence diagrams in a package and make it a controlled unit.(i.e .cat) in the mdl from where u have to copy. make another cat unit(with the same name ) in the mdl where u want to copy these diagram. now load the cat file with sequence diagrams into this mdl .u will get the required sequence diagrams but u need to change the class references in all the sequence diagrams to accomodate the classes in the current mdl .
