And I am hopeful that you'll share with me and everybody else your thoughts on this important migration. I want to be sure that from your perspective we get it right.
In the note I forwarded to Greg I was a bit of a dodo because it had two different instructions for how non-customers could continue to participate in rose_forum. That was my bad (youthspeak for "I made a mistake"). Sorry. What I meant to share on that issue follows: Currently RDN is for active customers only. We believe that most participants of rose_forum are in that category. However, if you are now part of the rose_forum community yet are without an active maintenance contract, then we will grandfather you in and provide you an RDN account. To take advantage, visit the following special registration page: www.rational.com/rdn/discussions. This page will work if you do not have either an RDN or Rational.com account. If in fact you already have a Rational.com account and are upgrading to an RDN account, follow the "upgrade your account" link on the aforementioned page and use this account code: V135021-0-343. I just saw H�seyin's note. You and others in your situation can use the procedure above to get RDN accounts if you dont' have one yet. But you needn't worry about your membership lapsing. Currently there is no process in place yet to continually verify that the account number you registered with is still good. But if there were, the account number above will give you eternal access.
