Hey Larry,

You have to open the specification of the operation and I make the stereotype
static.
Then I open the C++ specification and set the OperationKind to static.

Subject: (ROSE) Howto specify static function

I have a singleton class with a static function in c++; however,
I can only find a button to indicate a static qualifier for attributes,
not functions. Does this feature not exist in ROSE?
