Hi, I had that problem, too, and Rationals Hotfix 6 helped very much. I also suggest to anable the two features Focus od Control and Hirachical Messages within the menue tools->options->diagrams. This will show you, what rose really does to youre sequence diagram. Till I use them like this I'm able to avoid most erros.

The order is maintained however the messages are moved way, way down on the diagram. Down so far that if you try and click the "Fit in Window" you can't actually make anything. The only way I know to recover is to scroll down and try dragging all the messages back to where they belong. The model was originally created using Rose 2000 but it only seems to affect new or recently modified diagrams. Has anybody seen this happen and is there anything I can do to stop it from happening or at least allow me to easily restore the diagram. Any help appreciated.
