Im glad they did the 8 season because for me, the more the better but there were some episodes in the last season that just werent watchable. I cant remember which seasons were in the 8th year though. As for Dan, I agree. I also wish they didnt kill him off. When I first saw the last episode I was shocked at how it ended and I thought to myself that this was an excellent way to fix up the mess they made with winning the lottery. The 8th season was supposed to be the last season. I don't know why they went on to do a 9th season when the ratings were so down. I wish they did not kill off Dan during the end of the final show.
