Ok maybe this was a tough one... Arnie was actually referred to in the very last ep, at the end Roseanne was talking about Nancy and how good a friend she was, and she said how her husband had been 'abducted by aliens or something'. Previous to that he was referred to when Nancy introduced her new girlfriend Morgan Fairchild in Season 6 (who Roseanne kissed), and Roseanne says something like 'Nancy, how come when you date men they look like Arnie and when you date women they look like her?".
