I found this while looking at the WB's fall schedule.
Looks like a good show.

    Twins
New Series
Half-Hour Comedy
Fridays 8:30/7:30c
Having explored the hilarious complexities of sexuality with the
wildly successful Will & Grace, Emmy award-winning producers David
Kohan and Max Mutchnick bring their unique take on contemporary
relationships to The WB with an all-star cast of Sara Gilbert,
Melanie Griffith, Mark Linn-Baker and Molly Stanton. This time,
they're targeting the societal stereotypes and perceptions of brains
vs. beauty with a bitingly funny comedy about twin sisters.

Mitchee (Sara Gilbert) has the intelligence and the determination of
a successful businesswoman. Her twin, Farrah (Molly Stanton), is a
stunningly "perfect" lingerie model. These very different women are
about to inherit their parents' undergarment business - popular for
form-fitting inventions like "the buttpucker." "Opposites conflict, I
mean attract" must be the mantra in this family as the girls are true
reflections of their parents. Mom is a breathtaking beauty (Melanie
Griffith) and Dad is well, smart (Mark Linn-Baker). And while that
combination has led to a lasting partnership for them, the clashing
sisters have been less successful. With the Twins in charge, this
business - and this family - are going to need a lot of, um, support.
