Hi Tracy,

I like the early seasons too, I'm most of the way through Season 3 on DVD at
the minute.  To be honest I don't think the show was at its funniest in
these years (I think around 5 and 6 the show was at its peak) but it was
more of a family show back then.  Plus Lecy was much better as Becky, I like
the whole zany thing she had going.  Though I'm realizing that Sarah Chalke
was a pretty good replacement looks-wise.  I must admit I've been a little
disappointed with the extra features on the DVDs I own to date.  It was nice
to have an interview with Lecy but it seems to have been highly edited and
there are more clips from the show than of her talking.

I'm not sure if I'll buy Season 9 either.  There were a few funny / touching
moments but on the whole I tend to dismiss it altogether, including the
revelations in the final episode.  I've read elsewhere though that there are
gonna be some decent extra features with the final two seasons.
