Not completely. I'm still chasing the latest bits.
To resume: 
- SYX events to/from RG files works well.
- SYX import from MIDI files works well.
- SYX export to MIDI file works. It's using running status, which is not very 
usual, and some other programs complain about it. This is not a big problem, 
though.
- SYX output to MIDI ports works
- SYX input from MIDI ports is broken. Nothing is recorded. This is my biggest 
concern about it. And i don't know where is the problem.

I worked on two more bugs. They may be fixed now on CVS:
632964 No recording of MIDI Aftertouch data
711889 Import of Pitch Bend
