Hi John, Apologies for the quick reply but as Chris has noted we're a bit stretched for time for the next couple of days. Yes, there's a framework (ish) for MMC, MIDI clock and JACK transport in sound/AlsaDriver.cpp and all the way up in the GUI too (see configure->sequencer->sync I think).
Please do have a prod about - the MIDI clock stuff just about works (for master) but nothing much else at the moment. I'll have time to follow this up further later in the week.
