I've just committed a basic implementation for the playback control block. The
only info it currently holds is the track ID -> Instrument ID table. I was
about to proudly announce that you can now change a track's instrument while
playing, but actually that was already working before my changes :-). And I
actually don't know how, apparently it's not done by refreshing the whole
segment. So for the moment I've disabled the connection of the control block
to playback, and you may disregard it until further notice :-).
