Not sure I understand. Prior to my changes, playing wouldn't stop once the end 
of the composition was reached. Someone complained about this and you replied 
it shouldn't be doing that, so I'm trying to fix that.

That's not the problem, it stops fine, it's just that the position pointer 
remains right on the last played note, rather than past it. Visually it's not 
very good, ideally I'd like to keep updating the pointer while the last note 
is being played.
