No, sforge has been having problems with cvs for months now, and their current
solution is to divert available bandwidth and CPU cycles to "normal" CVS,
anon cvs being a low priority. Likewise, the daily cvs tarballs haven't been
available for quite a while. You'll have to hang in there I'm afraid.
