Well, that certainly deals with that problem I have with JACK 0.50 not including the transport API... pkg-config knows nothing about my JACK install at all, so RG just gets configured without it. Does JACK include pkg-config support in the release tarball as standard in recent versions? If not, I don't think we should be relying solely on it.
