Indeed, I can reproduce this. However this is clearly a KDE bug, there's only
one line of code on our side :
KKeyDialog::configureKeys(actionCollection(), xmlFile(), true, this);
(which, according to docs, can even be shortened to
KKeyDialog::configure(actionCollection());
but that probably won't compile under 3.0 so I'm leaving it aside as a comment
for the time being).
I'll see if I can reproduce this under 3.2beta when I get around switching to
it.
