I very much don't. Opening demo files is hardly a vital everyday function demanding a top-level space on the File menu.

It's still not a hindrance to have it there. Or perhaps the help menu would be more suitable.

A nice alternative might be if we could provide another hint to the KDE file dialog to add one of those shortcut icons on the left side of the dialog pointing to the RG demos directory. The user could presumably then remove it if they wanted. Is there any way to do that?



I think so, but then that icon would be present in *all* instances of the dialog throughout KDE. Not at all acceptable.
