I'm well aware of what Rich and Guillaume have done, and I don't mean to sell 
them short at all.  I still somehow feel like you're the glue holding this 
thing together.  If you've ever lost heart, I missed it, and it isn't part of 
the impression I have of how things are.

Anyway, hey, Cuban cigars and fancy wine for Rich and Guillaume too.  Well, 
except that Guillaume doesn't drink wine, and probably none of the three of 
you smoke cigars.  Oh well.
