I thought there were hotkeys (shortcuts, accelerators, whatever), but there aren't. Did someone remove them for some reason, or am I hallucinating?
This feature seriously, seriously, seriously sucks to use without some more hands on way of doing it than using the menu. Adjust -> Fine Positioning -> Move Up. Adjust -> Fine Positioning -> Move Up.
