Fair enough then. I'm glad to hear someone is using all the flexibility available. We can't save everyone from every kind of stupid user trick after all.
Actually, couldn't we have a "safety catch"? That is, by default you are restricted to one device per port (since this will meet the needs of 99.9% of newbies) and there is an advanced setting checkbox which lifts this restriction.
