Confirmed. (Approximately -- I don't think ctrl-a selects things in
the velocity property bar, does it? But certainly, if you "select
all values" in a velocity property bar that's associated with a staff
that has rests in it, and then shift-drag to raise or lower them all,
RG does seem to create velocity blocks for the rests as well as the
notes. Probably benign, but weird.)
