Can't you just edit them on their own track?  (Assign them to the same 
device/instrument.)

Am I missing something?  (I didn't go get the file in question yet.)

Being able to open a ruler for events on another track or maybe even use one 
track to send controllers to several different devices or whatever (ye olde 
conductor track) would be the Cakewalkesque thing to do for sure, but I think 
it's probably antithetical to the way RG is designed.

Dunno, I don't have any deep thoughts at the moment.
