It seems the QCanvas just doesn't cope well with pen width greater than 1. We're back to the previous state.

I also noticed that the cursor does not move at an absolutely constant rate, maybe due to some roundings in the positionning and that it seems most likely to leave a trace right after a noticeable slow down of it's movement.
I think we should find a way to get rid of the 2 problems. Anyone tried working this out with the QT guys ?
