I have detected more problems:
1. Horizontal grouping beam lines are too much thin.
2. Print preview shows an empty white surface with several (white) pages.
3. Print command to PDF from the notation window crashes the print subsystem:

Interestingly, printing to PDF from the main window generates the file, which
has wrong positioned clefs and very thin beams, but except those problems, it
has a lot better look than before,

I will try to find some time during this weekend to debug this. Meanwhile,
I've built a CVS tree dated January 19 and it works OK.
Anybody has a clue of what changed since Jan/19 having a big impact on
notation regarding the Feta Type1 font?
