It is.  By the time RG5 is out we'll almost certainly be able to call it 
release 2.0 of plain old Rosegarden again on Debian if we want to.

Yes, it runs on much slower computers.  You can use it on a 486 if you 
want to.

Yes -- bracketing for piano staffs, and export to PMX and MusicTeX.
