The moc files are now #included in the related .cpp file rather than compiled 
seperately. The reasons for this are that scons likes it better this way, and 
it speeds up compiling (less .cpp files to build and link).

So when you cvs update, just do a make clean in sequencer/ and gui/, and 
re-run make -f Makefile.cvs.
