I'm only half following this, and can't be bothered to dig back and see how
you said to fix this. I:
make distclean
./scons_configure
scons
The configure step worked, I guess. Purty colors. Make puked on
base/config.h which IIRC you said to fix by running a regular automake based
configure, but I also thought you said you had hacked around that necessity.
